The AtmosAir® Stretcher MRS with “open pressurized”, Self Adjusting Technology™ (SAT ™) addresses a potential gap in a hospital’s overall wound care program by helping to prevent and treat facility acquired pressure ulcers on patients who spend time on ER, Recovery/OR and Transportation Stretchers.

FEATURES/BENEFITS

  • SAT™, a system of dynamic air chambers and one-way cutoff valves that help maximize body weight displacement and minimize tissue interface pressure by automatically  adjusting the internal air pressure in reaction to body movement and position on the mattress.
  • Nine horizontal air cylinders provide support under the patient's shoulders, torso, seat, and legs.
  • A sloped heel section helps to transfer weight off of the heel and onto the calf and thigh area of the leg.
  • A firm perimeter provides seating support for the caregiver or patient.
  • Customizable mattress width and length (when ordering) helps provide proper fit on a wide variety of stretcher frames
